Shipping Policy

Processing & Turnaround

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM EST).

Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We select the most reliable carrier for your order based on location and package size.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please note: USPS First Class Mail may not always include tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You’ll see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Back Orders

We only sell items currently in stock. No backorders are accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns apply to online orders. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange only.

How to Return an Item

Items must be returned in unused, original condition (tags attached, in original packaging) within 14 days of purchase, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Please include your order number and reason for return either in the package or by email.

Note: Prepaid return labels are only provided if the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Return Exceptions

• Sneakers, apparel, and socks must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or fragrance cannot be returned.
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at info@globalnykicks.com with your 4-digit order number.

You are responsible for return shipping and for the cost of sending your replacement item — unless the exchange is due to our error (a wrong or defective item), in which case we cover both.
