Processing & Turnaround
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM EST).
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We select the most reliable carrier for your order based on location and package size.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please note: USPS First Class Mail may not always include tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You’ll see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Back Orders
We only sell items currently in stock. No backorders are accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
How to Return an Item
Items must be returned in unused, original condition (tags attached, in original packaging) within 30 days of purchase, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Please include your order number and reason for return either in the package or by email.
Note: Prepaid return labels are only provided if the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Return Exceptions
- Sneakers, apparel, and socks must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or fragrance cannot be returned.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us at sneakerchoice@globalnykicks.com with your 4-digit order number.
You are responsible for return shipping, but we cover the cost of sending your replacement item.
